omg, Heather!! I am sitting in my office right now CRACKING up! You two are so adorable and funny. My roommate is obsessed with eggs – maybe I will start leaving her messages? Although she just moved in, and I don’t want to scare her away….
Hope your Thursday is eggstra great!
Hilarious.
lol, yall are nuts
People here at work must think I’m crazy- I busted out laughing (OUTLOUD)! haha!
HA! A little fun and immaturity in the morning (or anytime) goes a long way.
OMG I just burst out laughing at my desk.
This post seriously made my morning! I haven’t laughed that hard in a while, thanks
Thanks for the good morning laugh!!!!
haha, inappropriate egg messages. that’s love!
Somehow I really thought you were going somewhere with a pregnancy story with the eggs in a carton and penis written. Because we all know what eggs + penis can make. This is a bit much for a comment, sorry about the xrated comment
Ha ha Averie – I hadn’t even thought of that.
I love your egg messages to each other! You two are way too adorable! Made my morning!
Love it!
Hilarious!
hahaha that’s awesome! Are you getting pumped? Lululemon’s about to open in GH? My good friend, Blair is working there….if you ever go in, look for her! She trained at Core Power here in CO – y’all remind me of each other…I’m sure you’d be great friends! She teaches at a bunch of studios around town now.
tata!
Kaneil
Kaneil, Crazy – I took a class from Blair yesterday for the first time. She was so sweet, and yes, I’m super excited about Lululemon. I emailed the manager begging for a job, but they’ve already hired a full staff. Surely they’ll need extra Christmas help, right?
wait..pen is what!? i must know. haha. wonderful!
Erinbee – you crack me up!
hahah it makes me laugh even more because the spanish word for eggs (huevos) is actually slang for, ahem, hanging egg-shaped appendages
i love it
I love it! Can’t stop laughing right now…
I need to stop reading blogs at work, I just laughed out loud….the vegan one is great.
 I burst out laughing that is so funny and cute!

I LOVE this, although CD’s a bit naughty!!
I am totally positive that that’s the most hilarious thing I’ll see today:). Thanks!!
My hubs and I leave messages to each other on the white board…how boring is that when we could be using eggs?!?! You guys are hilarious. Loved the guest post-I’ve been doing a sugar free challenge hosted by http://www.thenourishinggourmet.com I think you would like her site. I’ve truly been feeling a lot better without sugar-it’s annoying how it’s in so much though, like organic ketchup, bbq sauce, etc.
Lauren, I’ll check out The Nourishing Gourmet. Thanks for the link. I know…sugar is in *EVERYTHING*! Have you ever tried this ketchup: http://www.westbrae.com/products/condiments/fsc.php? It’s our favorite.
I just snorted water through my nose. So funny and cute
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
SO hilarious! Boys
Love your posts Heather! You served as inspiration last night when I decided that I’m going to adjust my energy after my 10K race on Monday. For the next few months I’m going to concentrate on yoga and strength vs. lots of running and cardio. I need to get some wellness/balance back in my life! Thanks for the inspiration
Erin, So glad you’re listening to your heart and your body. Best of luck in the 10K on Monday, and keep slamming those Kombuchas.
At least he spelled it, and didn’t draw it!
H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S
So glad to know that Bobby and I aren’t the only ones who love this kind of humor
I die. Trying really hard not to laugh out loud right now.
hahahaha this is so hilarious!

HAHAHA I’m actually dying
Those eggs made my otherwise-boring Thursday very funny, thank you for the laughs
(or should I say thank CD for the laughs?!
) Either way, made my day much brighter
I just read your guest post this morning and I love it – makes me wanna give yoga a try!
Meg
Meg, Give it a try!
That Vegan line was eggcellent! Go CD!
Heather – I feel like I know you through your blog – and I thought of you last night during dinner! I ate at what is supposedly the best vegan restaurant in NYC. I especially thought of you when I tasted tahini!!! http://wp.me/pAp5c-bS (Candle Cafe)
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
That is all.
Thank you (and CD) for being absolutely, wonderfully hilarious.
So funny!!
Thanks for visiting my blog Heather!! I think I’m going to be addicted to Kombucha soon. Eesh!
Hee hee Giggles, you wrote the “P” word on your blog, snarf!

LOL this is too cute!
LOVE the egg notes…so fun!
LOL!
It’s so important to never be too serious–my hubby balances me out like that:)
I have a quick question for your– how did you avoid gaining weight back after stopping running and transitioning to yoga? To me the yoga I have been trying to incorporate is not really getting my heart rate up–any advice? I also was curious to see how much almond butter you eat in a day–I love it too but since I already eat avocado, flax, coconut oil etc. I usually only eat it every few days–am I missing something?
Brandi, I discuss my transition from yoga to running in this post: http://heathereatsalmondbutter.com/2009/04/24/confessions-of-a-former-runner/ .
As far as the almond butter goes, I usually eat at least 2 TBSP to 4 TBSP a day, sometimes more, but rarely less. I also eat chia seeds and coconut oil everyday. When I’ve tracked it, my fat intake usually makes up about 40% of my daily calories. Hope this helps. -Heather
LOVE IT Heather! So funny.
Hilarious!
hahahhaa
Subtle hint, CD.
Brown chicken brown cow.
Unless he was trying to spell Snipe and the eggs got mixed up.
What’s the penis game that can be played in Costco?????
Tiffany, You take turns saying penis louder and louder. I always win. Can you tell I grew up with brothers?
Penis!! Love it!!
Have I told you you rock today?
Enjoy your Friday! It’s baseball (and a beer!) time!
Nicole, Enjoy your beer!
Omg–my dad totally used to write things on eggs for my mom and I to read in the morning
