Nashville is finally sunny. In fact, it hasn’t rained in several days. September and October were so grey and wet, and I’m hoping the month of November brings more sunshine. It’s so beautiful here right now, and I’m much more productive when it’s not raining. So, with all the nicer weather, I’ve been getting out and about a lot more.
We went to Sweet CeCe’s, a new frozen yogurt establishment right up the street from my house. It’s all self-serve and every flavor was so creamy and delicious…um, look whose cup was the biggest. Oops. Definitely not low-cal like Yogurt Oasis, my go-to yogurt shop of choice, but still totally yummy.
Then, guess who called ME to attend another hot vinyasa yoga class on Friday morning?
I’ve also been having some fun in the kitchen. For lunch yesterday, I had my Operation Chocolate Covered Kindness Meal of the Day:
I made Katie’s Monster-Mashed Cauliflower. I blurred out the chicken sausage next to it as it was definitely NOT Katie inspired. I’ve made this dish before, and I’ve decided it’s much prettier with purple cauliflower.
Congrats winners. Please email me with your addresses, and your NuNaturals products are on their way!
