Heather! I can give you reason 148-beyond for why you should move to CO…I won’t tell you how many of them are for my own selfish reasons:).
I suspect we were near the yurt…it was a right hand turn right past the McD’s (not Heather’s fav despite the same initials:)) on Rampart Range Rd.
Glute is ok…not any better. Didn’t run today, so we’ll see how it feels the rest of the week:(
In June, Dani, Staci and I…and maybe Jessica are going to Mexico. Dani’s sister has some properties that we are staying at…want to join? You’d just have to get a flight…stay is free:).

Just wanted to let you know I made your sweet squash ice cream. Again. This time I didn’t use any of the gums, just coconut milk, pumpkin, spices and stevia. I’m planning on blogging it soon, and I’ll let you know when I do.
