Just wanted to let you know I made your sweet squash ice cream. Again. This time I didn’t use any of the gums, just coconut milk, pumpkin, spices and stevia. I’m planning on blogging it soon, and I’ll let you know when I do.

Heather Eats Almond Butter December 7, 2009 at 10:32 pm

Katie, Please let me know when your post is up. Can’t wait to read about your version of the ice-cream. I need to make it again soon – it’s been a while. 🙂

Jillian December 7, 2009 at 10:19 pm

Heather! I can give you reason 148-beyond for why you should move to CO…I won’t tell you how many of them are for my own selfish reasons:).

I suspect we were near the yurt…it was a right hand turn right past the McD’s (not Heather’s fav despite the same initials:)) on Rampart Range Rd.

Glute is ok…not any better. Didn’t run today, so we’ll see how it feels the rest of the week:(

In June, Dani, Staci and I…and maybe Jessica are going to Mexico. Dani’s sister has some properties that we are staying at…want to join? You’d just have to get a flight…stay is free:).

Heather Eats Almond Butter December 7, 2009 at 10:32 pm

Well, you deserve to get around my friend- very inspirational to loads and loads of folks!

theemptynutjar December 7, 2009 at 6:27 pm

I enjoy seeing the grains. That is quite a lot of protein in one bowl though Heather 🙂 Most people get that much in one day! Piling on the nut butter is what I adore.
Your personality is electrifying. HEAB is like sunshine. Every one needs a few minutes of it a day.

eatmovelove December 7, 2009 at 6:05 pm

Oats or any cereal is good stuff! With almond butter…and choc-o-chips preferabbly 🙂 But it changes. Nice photography!
