I have 3 announcements to share with you, and I decided to combine them all into one post.
First, I won a really nice yoga mat from Erica over at Itzy’s Kitchen. It’s a Aurorae ultra thick, extra long yoga mat with a focal point icon. Thanks Erica! I love it.
Next up, I must share with you about the amazing goodies I received in the mail from Allie over at Pimp My Protein Shake…
According to Allie, they are dairy free rice protein balls – very low in sugar, starring almond butter and Sunbutter and covered in sesame seeds. Um Allie? I love you. Thank you so much…they’re all gone.

I immediatly want to substitute coconut flour for the oat flour and make them balls… But i don’t think they would even make it to ball form before i just ate the bowl of stuff with a spoonula…I have all ingredients, amazingly enough…
