I&#039;m definitely more of a sweet person in the morning ... smoothies, yogurt with berries, oats with banana ... but I do appreciate a good, savoury breakfast, too. I think the husband prefers it when I eat eggs. Actually, I&#039;m sure he falls in love with me even more when I consume a yolk. Maybe that could be a V-Day gift. LOL!

I love reading your blog for your focus on whole foods and FAT! I lost about 35 pounds on...don&#039;t laugh....the Suzanne Somers diet (Somersizing) - if you can get past that Chrissy from Three&#039;s Company is giving you advice, it actually was a sound plan.

Basic precepts were:
1) Food combining
2) NO SUGAR or WHITE FLOUR (or anything artificial, all whole foods)
3) Eat fat!
Her theory is that sugar and simple carbs are what cause health problems (sound familiar?), and even when I was eating 2 eggs and veggies in cream sauce all day,  my cholesterol levels and weight were never better and I never counted one calorie.

Keep preaching the full fat gospel :) Go Heab Go!</description>
