My breakfast…
1/4 cup cooked oat bran mixed with 1 cup pumpkin in the waning Nutmeric jar
So sad it’s gone, but thankfully I have one jar left, and the following three HEAB readers will have a jar on the way as soon as you email me with your full name & address.

Just let me know – I usually try and go to Jessalynn’s class on either Monday at 10:15 or on Friday mornings at 8:30. Not sure what your schedule is like, but those are my two favorite classes at Sanctuary. However, I love all of the teachers there and am always up for going. Daphne’s classes are great as well, and she teaches on Saturday mornings if that would work better for you.
I want your breakfast! Wow…maybe tommorow I will come up with something creative like you.
