Hello my almond butter loving friends. If you're new to HEAB, you may like to subscribe to my RSS feed or receive my posts via email. Thanks for reading!
This morning I was craving a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel smothered in cream cheese, but alas I had no bagel. Nor did I have any cream cheese. So, I improvised and made a cinnamon raisin Pizzert frosted in coconut cream. Many thanks to both Katie and Sarena for inspiring this delicious breakfast!

You must make a pizzert as it so easy, and not to mention quite tasty. I followed Katie’s recipe, using oat flour, skipped the sweetener, and added some cinnamon and a handful of raisins to the mix. After making a pizzert, you must then make Sarena’s coconut cream! In place of the almond milk, I used HEABified coconut milk and then thinned the cream out with a little water to make it more spreadable. I loved this creation!
The coconut cream has been on my to-make list for a while, but I didn’t have any vanilla stevia drops…until the following goodies arrived on my doorstep…

I’ve been a fan of NuNaturals stevia for a while as none of the company’s products have that funky aftertaste like other brands I’ve tried. The vanilla drops are wonderful in coffee, I like to use the packets in my tea, and the baking blend works great in baked goods like my Almond Butter Banana Nut Muffins. Have you ever tried NuNaturals? Would you like to? If so, leave a comment below telling me what ingredients you would add to your pizzert, and I’ll pick 4 random winners to receive one box of NuStevia Packets, 50 ct. along with one bottle of NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia Liquid. The giveaway is open to Continental U.S. residents only.
NuNaturals also offers a Free Samples Program to all Continental U.S. citizens. Simply send a self-addressed, stamped, # 10 envelope to the following location, and the company will you send some NuStevia packets :
NuNaturals , Inc.
2220 West 2nd. Ave. # 1
Eugene, OR 97402
And through February 28, 2011, all NuNaturals online orders will be discounted 15% with the checkout code: BLG228. Orders over $35 receive free shipping to the Continental U.S. after this special discount.
So, tell me, what do you plan on putting in your Pizzert?

I think I would make a peanut butter pizzert with fresh cooked down berries (blueberries or blackberries, etc) as the sauce and then topped with different sliced fruits (strawberries? peaches?). YUM!
Chocolate chips!
Definitely pb and some dried cranberries
Lemon poppyseed or chai pizzerts for me please!
For lemon poppyseed: add some lemon juice (replacing some of the liquid) and of course some poppyseeds. Maybe make it extra lemony with some vegan lemon curd on top
For Chai: boil the water/liquid and brew some spiced chai tea – then use that for your pizzert – could put the actually tea leaves in it too. yummmm.
Ali,
Yum indeed!
Pumpkin!
Oh I didn’t even know NuNaturals have vanilla drops. I’ve only tried Vanilla Creme by SweetLeaf. I would spread Herbal Ghee on top of the PIZZERT (Cardamom, saffron, Suma, cinnamon, nutmeg, corriander paste in ghee) What a good idea for coconut creme- I have only mixed coconut flour with a ton of raw honey during the allergy season. So glad I ran into your blog a few months back while looking for kabocha recipes and then again for fermented oats recipes. It’s been very INFORMATIVE!!!!!
Alina,
I’m glad too.
And you must try the NuNaturals vanilla. Much better than SweetLeaf in my opinion.
I would first liberally slather your Nutella (I’m vegan) on the pizzert.
http://heathereatsalmondbutter.com/recipes/nutellabu-aka-vegan-nutella-sauce/
And to keep things simple, but still undeniably delicious, I would top it with fresh, sliced strawberrys.
Nom nom nom. Guess I’ll have to wait till strawberry season though !
Hum….I was all set to say fresh cranberries, white chocolate chips and coconut flakes, but I am so tempted to agree with the Lemon poppy seeds. Or maybe make an orange cranberry mix! So many options, thanks for sharing!
Hmmmmm…. Pumpkin, almond butter, and chocolate chips.
First combo to jump in my mind!
Hmmm – I havent had a pizzert yet but I know my favourite thing to put on cinammon raisin (sprouted) bread. Avocado, and Turkey! Maybe not for breakfast –
– but SO good and loaded with healthy fats and protein! xox
Emmy,
Sounds like a good breakfast to me!
yum, I think cream cheese with cinnamon sugar would sound delicious, or chocolate coconut butter…
I haven’t tried Stevia yet but want to! I would add blueberries, coconut and pumpkin to the pizzert but yours here looks delicious! thanks for the heads up about the samples!
I love Stevia. Nunaturals and Ron are the BEST!
I have an entire post that I compiled that entails my “stevia recipes”. Everything from muffins to coffee to overnight oats. I am all about my stevia!
your pizzert and cream cheese look delish…wow!!!
I love the cinnamon-raisin pizzert flavor! Of course…I haven’t met very much cinnamon-raisin anything that I haven’t liked
I’d like to try one with blueberries and lemon juice and zest, too. And cashew butter on top, of course!
I haven’t tried to NuNaturals yet, but would love to give them a try!
Hey Heather – not sure you have time to participate, but check out my post today
Hope all’s well!
I would add baked bananas, pumpkin spice and a dash of cinnamon!
I would ass peanut butter, bananas, and honey. Mmmm…
I’d have to go with the exact same topping as Matt above… PB, bananas & honey. Love that combo!
I’d probably go with a classic combo- peanut butter and banana, and to spice it up, maybe some chocolate!
or perhaps I’d top my pizzert with sweet potato, cinnamon, and peanut butter. Oh my gosh, I’m drooling already!
Um, wow. Clearly I need to get off my “that’s a silly name” high horse and try this pizzert thing. If Heather’s behind it, it must be good = my new motto
Hannah,
Hehe, I love your new motto, and yes, you must try the Pizzert.
oh lovely! Pizzert has a place in my heart. And so does NuNaturals. I love their vanilla stevia drops.
LC
I’d add some chunks of unsweetened Baker’s chocolate. Nom nom. I’ve been wanting some of those liquid stevia drops for making recipes I’ve been seeing on blogs… I usually just omit them and don’t miss the sweetness at all, but I wonder if things would ‘turn out’ better if I could follow the recipe to a tee.
Sarah,
I usually skip the stevia too, but the drops really take the coconut cream to a whole new level.
Sarah,
Scratch that. Just made the coconut cream without any stevia. 2 TBSP coconut flour with 1/4 cup HEABified coconut milk, and it was still really good No sweetener required.
Good to know! I look forward to frosting something with that coconut cream someday. Blog surfing is painful now that I’m back in my kitchenless dorm. I guess I could still make it if I could justify shelling out for coconut flour even though I have a meal plan haha
Sarah,
Do it. If your parents get upset, blame me.
definitely pumpkin or maybe gingerbread-type spices. yum!
You killed me with this one yesterday, so I had to make a peanut butter version for a treat last night! Seriously, so good! I love NuNaturals and Ron is such a great guy!
I have never heard of a Pizzert before, but I think I will try making this! I would add some bananas and dark chocolate chips. Yum…
Yum! I think I would add pumpkin, cinnamon and chocolate chips
This is by far the best stevia on the market and I’ll be checking out that discount.
That coconut cream looks so good! What a great idea! Thanks for sharing. I would add some sliced strawberries to my Pizzert.
i would probably incorporate peanut butter and chocolate chips….im sorry, but life does not get much better than that!!
I have never had a pizzert-isn’t that sad?! What a great idea for improvising!!!!
Kristina,
Nah, I just had my first one yesterday. Never too late to start Pizzerting.
almond butter and raspberry sauce!
First time commenting on your blog! Thanks for all the inspiration so far
I know you didn’t have cream cheese this morning but I’d definitely slather some low fat cream cheese and sliced strawberries, sprinkle some cinnamon, and devour!
Thanks for reading Sarah S.
I would add cocoa powder, dark choccy chips and orange extract/zest for a dark chocolate orange pizzert.
I really wanna try stevia!!
X
I’ve been meaning to make a pizzert for a while. When I do end up making one I am adding cocoa powder and chocolate chips into the batter!
I would add some pecans to mine!
Hmm…I have to say that I think a huge, warm cinnamon raisin bagel is sounding better to me….
I would put chocolate chips, cinnamon, bananas, and walnuts in the batter!
I LOVE pizzerts! I would put frozen blueberries and cherries in mine and top it with creamy cashew butter!
I dont like commenting on blogs but I LOVE yours! Thanks for the great ideas(magic shell=genius). On a pizzert I would mix plain greek yogurt and pb or almond butter for the “cream” and top it with sliced bananas and maybe some shavings of dark chocolate.
Thanks for reading bean.
Banana and cinnamon!
I can’t wait to make a pizzert! And I have tried nunaturals Stevia, loved it, but am trying to save on the grocery budget a bit! I would add chocolate chips and banana to my pizzert. Yum!
Ah no picture of Summer today?!
I know this sounds really gross..but I made a pizzert topped with mashed kabocha and hummus and it was surprisingly good!
p.s- did you microwave your pizzert or bake it?
Anne,
More pics to come.
I backed my pizzert for 10 minutes in a 420 degree oven. Came out perfect, and your savory version sounds delicious to me!
I like your way! Cinnamon raisin, to me, is just about the best there is. Peanut butter and bananas and more cinnamon on top, I’m good to go!
Definitely dried cranberries and golden raisins FTW!
The Pizzert sounds fabulous! Question- did you use stevia throughout your pregnancy? I’ve been trying to give up anything that could be lumped into the “fake” category. I was also surprised to see my pregnancy literature note that they’d recommend splenda above stevia for pregnant women. Any who
Have a great day
Erica,
I read the same the same info re. stevia and splenda. I think b/c stevia is relatively new to the market (for most people), there hasn’t been a lot of long term research conducted on its use. So, just to be safe, I really tried to avoid stevia during my pregnancy. Did really well that first trimester, but during my 2nd and 3rd trimesters, I did use protein powder with stevia.
I would make mine with almond flour and coconut shreds, and top with your amazing chocolate coconut butter! and maybe some AB… like an almond joy
I would add in coconut, dried cherries, and a few white chocolate chips. Topped with AB, of course.
sunflower seed butter thinned out with almond milk and choc covered sunflower seeds sprinkled on topped.
That looks great!! Mine would probably have peanut butter and banana on it. Because, well, it’s a classic!
Butternut squash and chopped apples!
I would definitely add chocolate chips, peanut butter, and bananas. YUMMY!! But all the combos above sound really good. I am going to have to make a pizzert this weekend. Thanks for all the ideas.
Sliced banana’s baked in side, strawberries and coconut flakes on top for a pizza like affect annd maybe choco chips too…they can be the “olives”
Ashton,
Choco chips “olives”. That’s great!
I would put cream cheese and blueberries on top
Your pizzert with coconut cream sounds delish!
Hmmm, think I would make my most favorite flavor bagel (cinnamon raisin) into the Pizzert and then slather with some of the pumpkin cream cheese I have been hoarding since my last trip to TJ’s which was Christmas break visiting my parents since we don’t have a TJ’s closer than two hours away…I know I’m crying just thinking about running out of that cream cheese. I have already run out of my favorite hummus!
Mmmmm, peanut butter and banana. Or pumpkin with some of that coconut cream!
I have Celiac so, first I would adapt the pizzert to be gluten free, then I would try the coconut cream and maybe top with pinapple and mango!
Gina M.
I think an almond flour pizzert would be great!
I think you are right!!
chocolate chips!
Dried cranberries all the way!
Chocolate chips, cinnamon, peanut butter!!! The creations are endless!! I’ve always wanted to try NuNaturals, but it’s just not in my teeny budget! Great giveaway!
Peanut butter, bananas, and dark chocolate chips!
I’ve been dying to try NuNaturals. I bought the Trader Joe’s Stevia Extract and I’m not sure how much of it to use in recipes. It comes in a powder form and i think it’s super concentrated. A little bit goes a looong way.
Deidre,
I’ve never used the TJ’s stevia, but NuNaturals makes a concentrated powder as well, and yeah, you just need a tee-tiny bit.
I would put peanut butter, banana, and chocolate chips!
Chocolate peanut butter and bananas pizzerts sound delicious!!
I love dark chocolate, so I would have to go with some dark chocolate chips and maybe some pecans. Love pecans!!!
Mmm, your Pizzert looks yummy! I must go out and get some oat flour- stat! I feel like I get stuck in a breakfast rut, and have the same things all of the time (usually eggs and veggies). This would definitely be a nice change. On my Pizzert, I would probably spread some coconut oil or ghee on it, and then top with cinnamon and stevia!
Melissa B,
You can make your own oat flour – just blend dry rolled oats in your blender, stopping the blender and stirring with fork if they get stuck while processing. Easy peasy!
this is a no brainer, i mix cocoa powder into raw almond butter for a fudgy topping. i’ve made the pizzert with coconut flour but the texture would prob be much better using oat flour like you did. i’ll have to try that next time!
Strawberries and chocolate chips! With a peanut sauce topping.
I’d either make one with pumpkin and associated spices or one with fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme.
Kat,
oooh, I like your savory version. Sounds yum.
Cream cheese with a drizzle of maple syrup! That on a cinnamon raisin bagel is divine!
Coconut, PB, and Cinnamon! Thank you Heather for this opportunity!
Ohh I think I would put chocolate chips and banana slices!
I would use chpped walnut and dried cranberries and cover it all with cream cheese.
Chocolate chips and toasted pecans!
Ive been on a winter squash kick, and I think a savory pizzert would be awesome – with caramelized onions and mashed butternut squash.
And I’d have to have some of the mashed squash with some cinnamon and stevia for dessert from my pizzert…obviously.
my pizzert would have to include justin’s nut butter in some shape or form. maybe 1/2 slathered with maple and 1/2 with chocolate almond butter. i’m a simple kind of girl so that might be it. maybe some strawberries on the chocolate 1/2 and some raisins on the maple 1/2
xoxo for you and summer!
Mmmmmm, cinnamon and apples!
I would add hazelnut butter, marshmallows, and bacon to my pizzert.
Elizabeth,
Love the bacon – nice touch.
Since I’m on a banana kick right now, I would add banana slices on top. It’d be like the little “pepperoni’s”
I would put chocolate chips in it!
I would make a chocolate pizzert with coconut butter!
Ohhh…peanut butter and chocolate chips!!
OR
pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice
OR
apples and cinnamon
I would add chocolate and nuts! Yummy!
peanut butter and chocolate chips!
I’d like a pizzert with a hint of cinnamon, topped with almond butter, sliced bananas, and raw honey (or agave)
I would definitely incorporate some pumpkin, pp spice, and raisins, mmm!
Alas, I am not eligible. Wish I could find that stuff here!
But, I love this pizzert idea! – I would definitely do the raisins and cinnamon, they’re pretty standard in everything I make.
And I attest to your Banana Nut Muffins – I’ve made them and SO good!
I would dip some strawberries in chocolate and then chop them up on top of my pizzert. I would still use the coconut cream idea…and then inspired from Sydney’s Sinful Sundae at Outback Steakhouse I’d have to add some toasted coconut, as well. Now I think I will have to make one for real!
I think a carrot cake based one would be delicious! Add shredded carrots, spices, nuts and raisins or currants… yuuuum!
Ok, so I’d probably skip some of the sweetener and make something more lunch/dinner oriented that gave it a little kick – some chili and cajun seasoning, maybe a little wasabi. And then I’d top it was some spaghetti squash, a blackbean burger, anddddd… a little olive oil to moisten the whole creation.
And now I am hungry!
Nikki,
I’m drooling.
Yummmmmm and i heart stevia!
I would put peanut flour paste and maybe some butter scotch chips slightly melted on mine.
I love NuStevia- especially the vanilla creme drops. And the powder packets make the best lemonade. But for this recipe I would skip the sweetener, and turn it back into a pizza. For some reason the word “pizzert” just doesn’t sound appetizing to me (sorry!) though I am sure I would find it tasty if I could get past the name
Thanks for the hint about the free samples!
pumpkin, cinnamon and pecans, yum!
man i wish i lived in the US, i’ve been wanting to try Stevia forever! Anyway, I’d top mine with hemp fudge and hazelnut butter. Yummmm
I was totally eyeing Katie’s pizzert with the blueberries in it, but would add some peanut butter to the mix too! And I want to try that baking blend so bad, I’m gonna have to keep my eyes open for it!
pizzert with chocolate/carob chips and coconut cream sounds good right about now!
I would have to say, Enjoy Life vegan chocolate chips (best flavor ever!), bananas and pecans~ with coconut cream on top….Hello banana split pizzert!!!
I would make something delicious with chia and honey:)
Mm that looks delicious!
I would put cacao nibs and banana. And smother it with almond butter. Mmmmm!
Pizzert, interesting concept. I like how it looks and sounds! Now I’m craving something sweet and cinnamon-y!
I’ve never tried NuNaturals but I do like using stevia in my tea. I’ll have to give their free sample a try.
Yum, I would put peanut butter, bananas and honey!
Oh, also, I wanted to tell you that I tried YogaDownload- I love it, it’s awesome! I’ve done one class so far, and it was definitely fun and challenging. Again, thank you so much for all you do, and for just being you!
Melissa,
Yay – so happy to hear you tried YogaDownload. Their classes are so great – love that site! Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Yogurt chips, chocolate chunks, and of course peanut butter and strawberry preserves! Can’t get over that combo
I would top it with Peanut Butter Co. Cinnamon Raisin Swirl b/c I’ve been dying to try it!
Too funny! I was craving a cinnamon raisin bagel just yesterday! I improvised w/ an English muffin, but I’d love to try a pizzert!
I’d put raisins and dried cranberries in mine, and top with cashew butter. Mmm.
If I’m going to eat a pizzert for breakfast, I’m going all out! I want peanut butter, good marionberry jam and white choc chips. Thanks HEAB!
Ooh I would put chopped strawberries and chocolate chips on mine!
i love your coconut butter idea! and maybe some blueberries? sounds good to me.
I would definitely put chocolate chips in my pizzert! And maybe peanut butter chips too? so good.
Wow, I NEED to make one of these!!! With chocolate chips and peanut butter? And I’m definitely putting some whipped cream on top! YUM!
I would make a blueberry muffin pizzert! I’ve got blueberry muffin flavor on the brain b/c of the new Larabar flavor….that I can’t find!
Every time I think I can’t love you more, you prove me wrong. I’d stay and chat, but I need to go click on Sarena’s coconut cream link. ‘Cause you know how I am with coconut; never met a c-nut recipe I didn’t like.
.
The only things closer to my heart than coconut right now are chocolate and you, dear HEAB
And lol, I’m doing that stevia giveaway too. Ron is right up there in my list of loves… He’s given me so much stevia I don’t know what to do with it all. It’s taking over my pantry!
Katie,
Haha – yeah, I think Ron holds a special place in several blogger’s hearts.
Hope you have a wonderful pizzert filled weekend. I can’t wait to try some of the combos listed in these comments. Oh, and I’m obsessed with that coconut cream. I’ve eaten it 4 times in the past 48 hours – I just stir 1/4 diluted coconut milk together with 2 TBSP coconut flour. I just tried w/o the stevia drops, and it was so good, even without any sweetener which surprised me. Hope you try it soon!
My pizzert would have chocolate chips, coconut and a smear of almond butter on top!
I think I would add chopped up apples and cinnamon to my pizzert. I’ve got to get on that!
Definitely an almond butter and strawberry jam pizzert. That sounds soo yummy right now!
You never fail to impress me with your improv meals, Heather:)
Bananas, crushed pretzels, hazelnut/chocolate butter. Chubby hubby pizzert…but I wouldn’t share with my hubby.
Michelle,
Would you share with me? Please???
Bananas and pb, of course!
I would add bananas and peanut flour!
Ooh, peanut butter, banana and chocolate chips! Then some greek yogurt on top, maybe some cereal for crunch? These sound awesome, my next day off I’m gonna try it!
Sliced strawberries and white chocolate chips! Mmmm…..
Dark chocolate and the frozen cherry berry blend from Trader Joe’s…mmmm!
Yay for NuNaturals! I would totally make a carrot cake pizzert that I’ve seen on Katie’s website and top it with the coconut cream.. or just be lazy, and use coconut butter.
To my Pizzert, I would simply add the Naturally Nutty brand: White Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter. Yummy!
I think Katie’s carrot cake pizzert looks delicious..or i would do one involving strawberries and chocolate!
great bagel sub! wonderful
dark chocolate, of course!
I love NuNaturals!!
I would make a pizzert with dark chocolate and macadamia nuts. Yum!
I’d put pb and probably protein powder!
I would def. put candied walnuts, cranberries and coconut shavings on one! Yummm
My pizzert would have, but of course, almond butter! And chocolate chips.
Yum! I’ve been wanting to try NuNaturals for a while now.
I just placed an order at iHerb for some NuNaturals! So excited to try it.
I think some PB chips would find their way into my pizzert
Gina,
Oh good. I think you’ll love it.
Mmmm I’d add almond butter and banana, also choc chips, or greek yogurt and fruit, or maybe butternut squash and a crumble topping. So many combos!
Oooh yum! I would add chocolate chips, dried cranberries and shredded coconut!
though choice on the pizzert add-ins.
I am thinking zucchini and walnuts for a zucchini bread type or carrots and walnuts to make it carrot cake like. Of course frosted with a cream-concoction!
I am definitely topping mine with some of that coconut cream, that looks delicious! And I have an opened bag of coconut flour that I looking for ideas to use up, just found one!
Along with the coconut cream some chocolate chips (or carob chips) would be delicious too… humm, 1 toppings for my pizzert already!
Ana
I meant 2 toppings!
But now that I am thinking, maybe I could add those chocolate chips to the batter… yum!
Ana
I’m feeling fruity, I’d add orange zest to the cream and add sliced kiwi!
I’m in a banana bread mood, so banana and walnuts sound good!
Mmmm, I am craving banana bread with chocolate chips; I think that would make an excellent pizzert!
I would go for almond butter and unsweetened choc chunks! Yum!
I’d probably go with walnuts, coconut and cacao nibs.
Did I hear coconut? Anything involving that amazing tree nut, I am ALL over. Must go check out Serena’s coconut- filled creation:)
Your pizzert beats BAGELS any ole’ day:)
Some kind of PB&Co peanut butter and dark chocolate chips would be delightful!
Almond butter, coconut, and dark chocolate!
I would make a peanut butter cup pizzert with cocoa powder and drizzles with crunchy peanut butter and unsweetened chocolate.
Chocolate chips!
Banana and sunflower seeds!
Make the Pizzert without the sweetener and top with dark chocolate almond butter (homemade – see “Oh She Glows”) then sprinkle with unsweetened coconut flakes! Thanks for the info re: stevia. I will definitely give it a try!
baked apples in the morning, candy corn for dessert
Lovely idea!
I would do something similar to my Mom’s Johnnyseed Apple Pie -
Cooked apple chunks, cinnamon, walnuts, and chocolate chips!
I would have to go with chocolate chips or cooked apple bits! It looks so delicious and sweet…definitely trying this soon!
I would make a blueberry pizzert with almond butter!
Craving of the week is blueberry crumble, so blueberry crumble pizzert: blueberries, raw oats, chopped almonds and butter. I have recently discovered goat’s milk butter (can’t do cow dairy) and all things bread-like have a new meaning to me now!
Rachael,
Goat’s milk butter??? Oh must find some for myself!!!
I think I would leave mine plain and add warm berries on top!
I would totally follow your lead with the cinnamon and raisins. I LOVE cinnamon raisin bagels (definitely had 2 this week!). I’d also love to put pumpkin or sweet potato with cinnamon. Yum! And thanks for the info on the NuNaturals products. Having an aftertaste is always unappetizing. I’m going to have to try it out. Also, thanks for the great discount codes/info!
Hmm….I’d change out the ww flour and use hazelnut flour, add in cinnamon, nutmeg, toasted coconut and pecans. And maybe top it with chocolate hazelnut butter….or cinnamon pecan butter. MMMmm!!
I’ve never tried Stevia. Maybe this will be my chance!
Banana and peanut butter all the way!!
I have never tried NuNaturals.. I just bought a cheaper brand at the store, and it tastes funky…:P So I would for sure LOVE to try NuNaturals!! :}
I would totally add PB, mashed bananas, and chocolate chips. Best combo ever.
Dang, sometimes I really hate living at a boarding school-or I would totally send in for some.
Anyways, if I was to make a pizzert I would definitely put sliced almonds and cranberries in it. Weird I know, but I swear that is the best combination known to man.
Disturbed,
Doesn’t sound weird to me!
Oh argh I wanted to ask you if the NuNaturals tasted funky in coffee because I swear the other stevia packets I tried taste bitter when hot.
I just bought some of the vanilla drops today to try–I’m very excited.
But boooo on the contest only being open to those in the lower 48 states. Us peeps in Alaska need some love! (-_^) j/k
Sorry Kate. If it was up to me, I’d send you lots of stevia love.
I love the NuNaturals drops in my coffee as well as the powdered stevia. The NOW brand vanilla drops are really good too, but honestly, I’m not a fan of other stevia brands in my cup o’ joe.
ummm, chocolate and bacon, cus… well… chocolate and bacon make eerrrythang betta
Mary Ann,
I concur.
This is the most delicious giveaway; I love reading all the suggestions! My first instinct is to eat it plain, but my second instinct is to cover it with vanilla pudding and butterscotch chips. Probably some peanut butter for good measure.
Hi!
I would add either PB2, Chocolate PB2, pumpkin/butternut squash puree, or make up a gingerbread recipe with yogurt icing!
I would make a cinnamon raisin pizzert with gingerbread almond butter or pecan butter!
I’ve been seeing “dessert hummus” pop up a lot lately and i was thinking that would be a really fun topping on a pizzert! with some strawberries and whipped cream… yummm
PB and chocolate chips!
I would make a pumpkin and pecan pizzert with a maple ricotta topping! It would be almost like pancakes, yum.
This came embarrassingly easily to me. Carob chips, coconut, peanut butter and dried berries. Yum.
I love Pizzerts!!! MY favorit so far has been a butterscotch one with whipped cream on top. Holy yum!
Mary,
Yum! How did you make it?
Using her recipe except subbing the flour for soy flour, nixing the sweetener (soy flour’s sweet enough), and throwing in ~2 T butterscotch chips before baking. I’ve also mixed it up with doing half dark choc & half butterscotch if I’m feeling extra daring- haha!
Great – thanks Mary!
I would top it with Nutella and strawberries! Yummm.
I’m craving carrot cake, so I’ll say a carrot+spices pizzert topped with cream cheese.
I would load my pizzert up with almond butter, bananas, and carob chips!
YUM! We love putting coconut butter and yacon syrup on our socca (garbanzo bean flatbread). Love coconut with anything really!
Pure2Raw,
I’ve always wanted to make socca but I keep forgetting to buy chickpea flour. Thanks for the reminder.
I would probably go with goji berries and dark chocolate.:)
I would adddddddddd butternut squash puree as the “sauce” with scrambled eggs as the “meat”!
I think I’ll make a Pizzert with coconut butter and loads of fresh fruit for my hubby’s 36th birthday cake next week!!! Great giveaway – thanks Heather!
Brandae,
Sounds like my kind of birthday cake!
pumpkin, carob chips and coconut butter!
German Chocolate! Chocolate Pizzert with coconut, coconut cream, and pecans! Mmmm!
Peanut butter and chocolate chips–reminds me of the pancakes my mom made me!
I love stevia! Would like to win this!
I would add cocoa powder to my pizzert for a chocolate base, I would top it with clementines, and then drizzle chocolate almond butter over that. I love chocolate and orange flavors together!
I would probably add some almond extract and sprinkles!! ooh don’t you think it would be good with some malted milk powder or strawberry milk powder? yumm
Claire – Mmm, a chocolate malt pizzert.
I would put some chocolate and some nut butter on my pizzert.
Almond butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and granny smith apples!
I would have to go with my absolute all time favorite pancake topping for the pizzert. Honey & vanilla bean infused cream cheese with mixed berry topping
I love NuNaturals!! You’re right, it doesn’t have the funky aftertaste at all. The vanilla liquid is sooo good! I add a few drops to a cup of milk and I swear it’s like a vanilla milkshake! A very thin one, lol.
I think I would have to go the Nutella or MaraNatha chocolate almond butter route for a pizzert!!
GREAT GIVEAWAY!! By the way.
Definitely cherries and bananas, best combo ever!!
I’d add banana, cinnamon and almond butter. An oldie but a goodie!
I would have to add fresh raspberries, white chocolate chips, and sliced almonds! Of course some jam and whipped something or other as a topping! YUM
I would top my pizzert with your coconut cream spread and then try a different topping on each quarter to see what I liked best:
Orange slices
Blueberries
Peaches
Walnuts with more cinnamon….Maybe a touch of honey?
Would there be a stevia to sub for honey flavor? Maybe the vanilla? I haven’t tried a stevia that doesn’t leave an aftertaste…. I’d love to find out!
Karen,
I’ve never come across a honey flavored stevia, but I do love the NuNaturals vanilla drops. They really don’t have that funky aftertaste that some other brands do.
almond buttahhhh!
Peanut butter and bananas!
Something tropical for me! Perhaps bananas + coconut + mango?
Mmmmm..
PB banana chocolate chip with maybe oat or spelt flakes…Good lord my stomach is rumbling just imagining it!
Banana, chocolate sauce, Banana Peanut Butter!!! (o-mayzing stuff from Sunland Butter), aaaaaannnnnnd walnuts. Bam! Delicious!
I love stevia….it is my drug….
I just made a Pizzert Reese’s Style!!!
You can check it out on my blog.
http://katshealthcorner.wordpress.com/2011/01/19/a-blissful-reeses-pizzert/
You mentioned sending a self addressed letter to enter the Samples Program…..do you have to write something very specific and send it to them, or what?
Kathleen,
I think all you need to do is send the self-addressed envelope in with a simple note saying you’d like some free samples.
Shredded coconut, dried cherries, and lemon zest. Mmmmmmm…
Shredded Coconut and chocolate chips or chopped pecans and pumpkin. I love the vanilla drops in my coffee.
Oh Yum that looks delish. I was thinking I would top with protein ice cream and drizzle some peanut butter or the blueberry crumble I learned from you…with drizzled peanut butter, of course.
Chocolate chip pizzert topped with peanut butter (or maybe almond butter. perhaps even both!)
Pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, pecans, and then spread Naturally Nutty’s Pepita Butter on top! YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Oh my.. I’m going to have Pizzert for lunch! I would top mine with bananas, blueberries, cashew butter, and maple syrup. YUM!
Just made one with ground ginger, a little crystallized ginger and lots of lemon zest, like my favorite ginger cookie, and topped it with macadamia nut butter. YUM! Oh, used garbonzo fava bean flour so it’s GF. Thanks for the idea! My 2 year old loves this!
Jamie,
So happy to hear that the pizzert is a hit. I’ve been meaning to buy garbanzo bean flour for forever. Need to get some soon and use it in a pizzert!
Man, that sounds good. I’d make a pizzert with chopped apples and walnuts, and loads of cinnamon. Or pumpkin instead of apple sauce, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Yum.
I’ve been eyeing Katie’s pizzerts for a little while now… Anything with the HEAB stamp of approval is a must, so I better get on those right now!
I had to make one of these! And I did. It was sooo good (and easy, too)! I made the Coconut Cream to smear on top and it was like having a dessert. Yum. Thanks for pointing these great recipes out!
I would have Bananas and peanut butter, or pumpkin and spices. I can’t wait to makes some! Thanks for sharing
Cold Stone Creamery used to have this sundae with cheesecake ice cream, black cherries, honey and almonds that I was in love with–until I moved to Knoxville where there is no Cold Stone! So, I would use a little cream cheese mixed with honey, almonds and cherries!!
I’d love to do a carrot cake pizzert with shredded carrots, cinnamon, raisins, coconut, and pecans
Then spread it with TJ’s creamy, unsalted PB or whipped cream cheese…yum!
Definitely some peanut butter chips and chunks of banana.
I would make a tiramisu pizzert! What a neat idea for making coconut cream, I never would have thought to use coconut flour.
Emily,
I’m obsessed with that coconut cream. I just mix 2 TBSP coconut flour with 1/4 cup diluted coconut milk. Didn’t even add any stevia to it last time. It’s so good. That version is thick, and so I usually end up adding a bit of water when I’m in the mood for “frosting”.
Ooh, I’m definitely going to make a chocolate chip coconut butter pizzert! that sounds so good.
I wonder if they’ve changed their stevia from the last time I tried it. I thought it was horrible! I’ll definitely get a free sample to see if I like it better.. thanks for posting about that!
Melomeals,
As far as I know, NuNaturals hasn’t changed anything. Sorry you didn’t like it.
Walnut butter and dried pears!
I made a gingerbread pizzert last week that was to die for! My next idea is to load it up with banana slices and chocolate chips and drizzle (dump?) some peanut sauce all over it!
Heather,
I vote “dump”.
I made one this morning and topped it with honey nut cream cheese and very thin apple slices…my husband became an instant fan as well!
Tomorrow we’re following your lead with the cinnamon and raisins, but we don’t have the ingredients for coconut cream, so we’ll probably just do cream cheese again…
Hi Heather! I would add peanut flour and ground coconut flakes to my pizzert, and probably top it with a mix of agave and cocoa powder
thanks for the giveaway!
Definitely pumpkin, nutmeg and cinnamon. However, I also think cranberries and orange would be an amazing combination.
I would have to steal your cinnamon raisin bagel-pizzert idea and perhaps throw in some Cinnamon Raisin Swirl peanut butter. Oooh a blueberry one would be deeeelightful as well! (Lovin my bluleberry bagels lately ;P) Or SWEET POTATOES! *drooool*

Chocolate Peanut Butter & Banana! Although I’ve been on a gingerbread trip lately, so that would be another good one to try, mmm.
I LOVE NUNATURALS! I have so much in my pantry you might as well call it crack.
To my pizzert I would add copious amounts of peanut butter, cacao powder, mashed banana, and cacao nibs. Elvis pizzert!
I love the combination of cream cheese and maple syrup. Perhaps with some coconut shavings on top. yum!
Nunaturals sounds interesting…
peanut butter chips and bananas, maybe some marshmallows
pb&j!
Without a doubt, peanut butter and chocolate. Maybe some raspberries or banana too.
There are so many possibilities!!
hmm… i would add peanut butter and chocolate chips. yum
I think my first pizzert would be like an almond joy bar. Using coconut and dark chocolate with almond extract topped with coconut butter. Yummy:) I have always seen those liquid stevias but have been nervous to buy them not knowing what they taste like.
Homemade almond butter and strawberry jelly!
I’m thinking some all natch peanut butter and that fabulous chocolate shell stuff you heabified!!!
I would add honey almond butter and fresh blueberries!
I would add lemon zest & nutmeg!
Cherries…. Mmmmm …. Cherries:-)cc
I would add chocolate almond butter or a combination of coconut oil and maple syrup…yum!
Strawberries!!! I am ready for the juicy strawberries of summertime!
Strawberry cream cheese topped with fresh sliced strawberries!
ahh that looks absolutely delicious!! i would try making a savory pizzert by topping it with some pasta sauce, goat cheese and basil!
I would make a maple nut pizzert with maple syrup, cinnamon, and pecans! topped with bacon, of course
dark cherries, coconut, dark chocolate chips and coconut butter !
It am torn between the idea of a fresh strawberry pizzert or a chocolate chip pizzert. I guess I could combine the two.
Definitely carob chips and some almond butter on top.
I’ve been wanting to make a lot of things, but can’t because I have to yet to obtain some NuNaturals vanilla stevia! The packets just don’t cut it for replacement… =/ And as a high school student I don’t really have money for such things. haha My pizzert topping would HAVE to include some almond butter and dark chocolate on half, and berries and coconut cream on the other half!! Actually, make that dark chocolate on the whole thing. I’m flexible.
I want to try making a cornbread pizzert…with PB to top, naturally!
I am a self-diagnosed chocoholic, so I would put chocolate on my pizzert! Thanks for the giveaway, Heather!
I would have to go with dark chocolate dreams pb with banana and raspberry jam…yum!
Almond Butter (raw from TJs) + cinnamon + chocolate chips. YUM!
oooh…somehow i’m still not “over” holiday flavors (i know, i know) so i’d probably go with homemade pumpkin cream cheese and butterscotch chips.
I would do a lunch pizzert with avocado, cilantro, lime juice and sea salt…a guacamole pizzert! I’m a new HEAB reader–I love your blog!
Miranda,I
I love your savory take on the pizzert. Sounds delicious and thanks so much for reading my blog.
Yum! I am a sucker for nut butters, so I would include almond butter, along with shredded coconut and banana. On the other hand, squash or pumpkin spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg would also be delicious!
I would use vanilla stevia in the pizzert and top it with cinnamon-roasted mashed pears!
I have not tried NuNaturals but would like to. my pizzerts would be topped with pumpkin puree, cinnamon and coconut yogurt. Sounds weird but it is good.
Stefanie,
Doesn’t sound weird at all to me.
I’d love to try out NuNaturals! My pizzert would be topped with butternut squash, cinnamon, and coconut flakes!! mmmm
peanut butter and chocolate!
I have to be a copy cat and try out the coconut cream
Chocolate almond butter sounds like it would be pretty tasty with it too!
i would do a savory sweet combo that i have been loving lately: Bacon, Pear, Avocado and goat’s milk Brie (BPAB!). i cook the bacon and then fry slices of pear in the bacon grease to get a caramelized thing going on the outsides, sounds strange but i know you are never afraid of strange combos!
Definitely some almond butter and chocolate chips!!
And i would add ricotta cheese to the pizzert, and top it off with raspberries and greek yogurt, drizzled with honey and cinnamon. i love the play off between the tart and sweet. \
PS: heather, you and alex (spoonful of sugar free) inspired me to bake a ton! and i’m a grad student, (WAILS) i should be studying
)
I definitely need to make a pizzert for breakfast tomorrow morning! Looks delicious! I think I’ll add some chocolate coconut banana butter on top! The chocolate coconut banana butter recipe is also one of Katie’s delicious recipes!
I would make it like apple pie!! With chopped almonds on top for crunch!
blueberries & almonds!
I would top it with peanut butter and nutella!!!
I would add chocolate to my pizzert.
I’d do a mango coconut cardamom combo.
