Chocado Sauce



  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • sweetener to taste


Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Use as topping or eat as pudding.

My avocado pudding always consists of:

mashed ripe banana
maple syrup or raw honey or leave out (helps it be smooth but banana is sweet enough for me 🙂 but both give it a great taste)
hot water + raw cacao powder
little bit of cinnamon
sea salt

Little Bookworm, Not really. The cocoa powder and sweetener tend to mask the taste. I love it, but I also love avocados. Let me know if you try it!
