Chocolate Coconut Mocha No Bake Oaties

Ingredients:

2 cups toasted rolled oats

1 cup chocolate coconut butter

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 cup chopped nuts

3/4 cup maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla

1 tspĀ espresso powder (optional for mocha flavor)

pinch of salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and roll into balls. Refrigerate.
