- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (I like cherries or blueberries)
- 1 packet stevia
- 1/8 tsp guar gum
- splash of water
- Cook fruit and stevia together on stove-top over low heat and smash with a potato masher.
- After fruit is heated through, stir in water and guar gum.
- Allow to cool and thicken.
- Eat on pancakes with yogurt.
