Many thanks to reader Sally for naming this dressing.
Ingredients:

- 2 tsp Dijon mustard

- water to thin
Directions:
Stir together first 3 ingredients and then slowly add water until desired consistency reached. Use as a salad dressing or pour over stir-fried/roasted veggies. So good!

Why haven’t I seen this recipe?? This is probably better then piling 4 tbsp’s of hummus on my salad

I just added it to my recipe page. It’s yummmaayyy!
I eat this all the time on my veggie bowls. Love the tang of the mustard with hummus. On eggs? Divine.
I think a perfect name for this dressing is “Hummy Mustard Sauce.” Get it? Hahaha……..
Ha ha – that’s great. Totally changing it right now. Thx for the idea Sally!
I just made this (w/o the stevia since I don’t have any) – very yummy!!!
Emily,
So glad you enjoyed! I never use the stevia anymore. Totally not necessary.
I am definately add this to my go to dressings. I hate the taste if stevia, and can’t my family to use it. I”ll use agave syrup or sugar alcohol granuales. (erithritol) I get it at the health food store.
Denise,
Lately I’ve been leaving out the stevia altogether – tastes just fine without it. Hope you and your family enjoy!
How have I not seen this recipe?! I love hummus on my salads but I’ve never thought about this combination!
Yum! So quick to make and so delicious. Love it!
