		<description>Angela, I&#039;m not sure how Marissa&#039;s turned out, but someone else made them with quinoa flakes and said they turned out great. I also just made some with 1/2 oats, 1/2 quinoa flour, and they were a hit. So, perhaps all quinoa flour would work? Not sure, but definitely worth a try! :)</description>

		<description>Yes PLEASE share!  I have celiac and our whole family is gluten free so we order our oats from Bobs red mill by the pallet BUT I finally realized the oats give me horrible reflux. I was wondering if this would work with the quinoa flakes but figured they are too thin and might fall apart.  I may try it too.</description>
