Marinutta Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup marinara sauce of choice
1 heaping spoonful of peanut or almond butter
2 – 4 TBSP of ground flax seed
Directions:
Combine everything in a small pot and heat on stove-top, stirring constantly until all warm and bubbly. Serve on top of any and everything. I prefer it on broccoli, my favorite pasta of choice.
