Marinutta Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup marinara sauce of choice
- 1 heaping spoonful of peanut or almond butter
- 2 – 4 TBSP of ground flax seed
Directions:
- Combine everything in a small pot and heat on stove-top, stirring constantly until all warm and bubbly. Serve on top of any and everything. I prefer it on broccoli, my favorite pasta of choice.

Sounds good to me, can’t wait to try it. I love PNB on almost everything. I stirred some in a cup of noodles for lunch and it was yummy.
