Sweet Potato Play-Doh Bites

Lou’s Sweet Potato & Coconut Flour dough was a big hit with both myself & Summer. It took no time to make, and I know when Summer gets a bit older, she’ll have fun squishing the dough into various shapes before eating it.

However, for now, she’s perfectly content with simply shoving dough ball after dough ball in her mouth. 🙂

Please click here for Lou’s recipe. We made ours with sunflower seed butter instead of tahini.

Hi J,
I’m so sorry, but the blog I linked to has been taken down. It’s been so long since I made the recipe, but I bet if you play around with the ingredients you can come up with something delicious. Try stirring together a cup or so of mashed baked sweet potatoes with a couple TBSP of coconut flour and a little nut butter. Then roll into balls. Might try it myself. 🙂
